Outdoor Yoga Classes at ODD Echo Park!

Oct 14th, 2020 caitlin Practice

In a year full of crisis and a Los Angeles lockdown we’re doing our best to keep in touch, keep our sanity, and stay close at heart even when socially distant.

We’ve been doing live online yoga with over 95 zoom yoga classes a week since March. One Down Dog is proud to have been voted the best yoga studio in Los Angeles by LA Mag amongst the chaos. We have been adapting to all of your needs while keeping our ODDfam safe! Being nimble, staying educated, communicating, being flexible - it's what we practice here. We're confident, prepared, and comfortable.

We’re now hosting solo shopping appointments and outdoor socially distanced yoga classes!

We’ve missed your faces in person and are hosting outdoor yoga classes at our Echo Park studio close to DTLA. Safety is first for us. The mats are 8ft apart and everyone is in masks. You have to pre-register - no drop ins! Enjoy the smell of Clark Street Bread with Downtown LA on the horizon.

Our outdoor yoga classes are offered in 4 formats. FLOW, CHILL, SWEAT, & CORE.

CHILL - long warm up, some vinyasa flow, and a good stretch at the end

FLOW - Good music, good movement, a mid range outdoor exercise

SWEAT - yoga with an outdoor hiit workout

CORE - yoga + mat pilates for strength and stability

From outdoor cardio workouts to outdoor yin yoga cool downs, we’re eager to hold space for those who want to get outdoor exercise, and begin to broaden the ways we can get down.

It's rough for a small business in 2020 and we wouldn't be here without your continued support. Continue to take online yoga classes, outdoor yoga classes, and shop small from our store both online or solo in person.

You're doing great. We love you, keep going.
