October 5th - November 9th, 2021
Over the course of 6 weeks, we will focus on building community and connection by telling our stories, practicing breath and movement, and listening to each other.
The content will be based on the participants' interests and needs and will be guided by the overarching themes of: "How am I?" for the first 2 weeks; "What do I need?" for the second two weeks and "Who am I now?" for the final two weeks.
We will travel through the chakras as we move from one question to the next, from survival and grounding to self-awareness and knowledge. Each session will have a breath/meditation/affirmation practice, a movement practice to try at home, and guiding questions to be discussed among the participants. Information and resources will be shared based on the questions and needs that arise.
