In this 90-minute workshop at our beautiful Echo Park studio, we'll open with mindfulness, pranayama, and gentle stretching focused on the hands and wrists. Then we will jump into repotting your new plant baby!
Meet Lola from Plant Creative Co
Lola, plant stylist and macrame artist from Plant Creative Co (and the person responsible for the beautiful plants you see in our studios!), will teach you the essentials of plant care, how to repot your plants and spot when it's needed, what soil mediums to use, and plenty more plant-y tips!
