ODDlight Teacher Feature: Ken Jones

Jan 10th, 2024 oddfam #ODDlight, Blog, Community

The teachers at ODD are an endless source of knowledge, inspiration, and fun. What you see in class, however, is only half the story! This is the true story...of dozens of strangers... picked to teach in a studio... (work together) and have their lives shared on a blog...to find out what happens... when people stop being untouchable yoga teachers...and start getting real...The Real World, One Down Dog.

This month, we're putting the spotlight on Ken Jones, who teaches just about every class format, but we especially love the kindness and care he brings to the BEGIN class on Mondays in Echo Park at 6:45pm, which is designed to be a welcoming foundation to those who are new to yoga or to our studio! Students benefit from Ken's extensive knowledge of the practice (we're talking 1000s of hours and a healthy handful of certifications), love of community, and offbeat humor. He may be a man of few words, but those words below will definitely help you get to know why Ken is just ken. Here, he's definitely a 10.
