WORKSHOP: Inversions

Flip upside down in a 90-minute inversion workshop for building core strength, confidence, and a fresh perspective through the joy of movement.

WORKSHOP: Prenatal Partner Yoga – SOLD OUT

This 90-min workshop will explore yoga postures, breathing exercises, and review labor prep from the perspective of a birth doula. Partners will learn hands on techniques that can be used to support mama during pregnancy and childbirth.

WORKSHOP: Roll It Out

Come and massage out all of those tender nooks and stiff crannies with a guided massage rolling practice.

WORKSHOP: Soundbath

Immerse yourself in a transformative 90-minute sound bath led by Joycie Weatherby using crystal bowls, gongs, and percussion to achieve deep relaxation and stress reduction.
